Kiin Intelligence ("Kiin", "we") is a UK-based LinkedIn Ads analytics and intelligence platform delivered through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use the Kiin MCP, why, and what rights you have. For our terms of use, see our Terms of Service.
Account information: your name and email address (from LinkedIn sign-in or the email you sign in with).
LinkedIn Ads data: campaign metrics, creative performance, demographic data, and company engagement data from the LinkedIn ad accounts you connect.
CRM data (optional): if you connect HubSpot, we access deals, companies, and contacts in read-only mode.
Usage data: we log which tools your assistant calls and when, to keep the service reliable and improve the product.
Your data is used to provide campaign analysis, reports, and recommendations through your connected AI assistant.
We also use aggregated, anonymised patterns across all users to improve our benchmarks, intelligence rules, and analytical models. Data is de-identified before being used for model improvement, and your individual data is never shared with other users or used to train third-party AI models. You can opt out of model improvement by emailing phil@kiin.co.
We process your data on the basis of performing our contract with you (providing the platform) and our legitimate interest in improving the product, in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your individual data with third parties. Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway, Cloudflare) process data solely as part of hosting the platform. Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU), access is controlled via row-level security policies, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your LinkedIn accounts at any time, and you can request deletion of all your stored data by emailing phil@kiin.co.
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email phil@kiin.co.
